Position Overview:

This professional will be responsible for supporting Product Management of designated product categories. Core focus areas include product planning, new product launch,  roadmap, product positioning, go to market strategy,  pricing & promotion, forecasting and key metrics attainment.

We are looking for a talent who is interested in bringing new, innovative, and competitive products to the market under our brands towards a leading market share position. This person will work closely with our Sales, Marketing and R&D center, as well as HQ teams and factories to build products from concept to customers and consumers online and in store.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L management on the category, deliver topline and bottom line.
  • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a clear and prioritized product roadmap short term and long term, based on market opportunities, user feedback and business objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Support Key Account Managers in product sell-in, assist in developing channel flooring and online strategy for new breakthrough opportunities.
  • Manage product lifecycle by driving sell through, managing promotional calendar, pricing and budget.
  • Manage PSI forecasts, and inventory for the category
  • Other duties assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
  • 5 years in Product Marketing in Home appliance or consumer electronics industry. 
  • Home Appliances industry experience is preferred.
  • Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships.
