Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive brand marketing manager to support the senior brand marketing manager in driving the success of our major appliances business and growth of our brand in the U.S. This role will focus on managing day-to-day marketing execution for new product launches, campaign deployment, and new content creation for existing products. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and is passionate about executional excellence.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day marketing execution for new product launches including asset toolkits, campaign activations, retail materials, and midea.com.
  • Write briefs that will inform creative development for all assets.
  • Turn brand strategy into action by managing go-to-market plans, ensuring consistent messaging across all paid, owned, earned, and retail channels.
  • Ensure legal, trademark, and brand compliance for all assets.
  • Be the go-to project owner ensuring timelines, budgets and approvals stay on track.
  • Monitor campaign performance, website metrics, retail.com content scores, and competitive activity to recommend optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product management, e-commerce, trade marketing, external agencies) to develop and execute fully integrated campaigns.
  • Own the status report and annual marketing activation calendar to ensure alignment with business priorities and product timelines.
  • Manage day-to-day requests for marketing support and materials from sales, retailers, and internal parties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

What You’ll Bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in brand or product marketing, preferably within home appliances or consumer durables.
  • Strength in project management, creative coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure flawless marketing execution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple competing priorities and pivoting quickly based on changing business needs and macro trends.
  • Experience developing and deploying integrated / multichannel marketing campaigns, including executing against marketing and business strategies, aligning internal teams, monitoring performance, measuring results and campaign recapping.
  • Entrepreneurial courage and accountability.
  • Creative problem solving; willingness to roll up your sleeves, tackle new challenges, and create new paths forward when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Minimum of 15% Travel is Required
  • Comfortable attending offices Monday to Thursday, Friday work from home.
