Job Summary
Responsible for processing customer orders and ensuring that they are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
Job Duties
1. Receiving & processing orders submitted by email, EDI or other forms of communication.
2. Verifying customer data & ensuring it is accurate & complete.
3. Coordinating with other departments (ex: finance team) to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
4. Communicating with customers to provide updated order status.
5. Sending out open order reports to customers & internal departments.
6. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during order fulfillment process.
7. Providing exceptional customer support.
8. Any other tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
1. Team player with strong organizational skills.
2. Problem solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
3. Takes initiative & has a strong sense of urgency.
4. Detail oriented with good analytical skills.
5. Knowledge of internal computer systems, ex; Microsoft office.
