Job Description

Support product management of assigned categories (Major Appliances). The Intern directly reports to the Director of Product Management and supports the category Product Managers by performing the job functions listed below.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use Traqline to update industry trends and communication materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain accurate product information including technical specification documents, images, videos, regulatory agency qualification, and product design documents.
  • Maintain marketing matrix documents with consistent features and benefits message across all products.
  • Support customer meetings by creating and maintaining product sell sheets.
  • Support price quoting process by upkeeping profit analysis documents with the latest versions and pre-populate documents for Product Managers.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed to drive sales and optimize the inventory position of key items.
  • Perform administrative activities including obtaining UPCs and item maintenance.
  • Coordinate communication between Sales Operation and Product Managers to support promotional planning and post-mortem analysis.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Internacional Trade or a related field.
  • Recent graduates in 2023-2024 or graduates at the beginning of the next year.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
  •  Ability to work with minimal supervision while using their own technical judgment regarding complex tasks
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Details and Benefits

 

  •  Location: 4 days onsite /Parsippany, NJ 0705
  • Period: 03 to 04 months / 20hrs to 40hrs.  per week depending on academic hours
