Essential Job Responsibilities
· System knowledge: In-depth understanding of the functions, operating procedures and best practices of ERP and related systems.
· Technical skills: Familiar with relevant database management systems and programming languages, and able to support developers and operation teams.
· SCM & Logistics knowledge: Understand the basic concepts and processes of Supply Chain Management and Logistics, including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Order Management, In & Outbound Transportation, and Warehousing.
· Project management skills: Ability to lead, manage, and coordinate multiple IT projects to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
· Data analysis skills: Ability to use data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Python, etc.) for data collection, organization and analysis.
· Problem solving skills: Ability to identify and analyze problems in the system and propose effective solutions.
· Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with different departments and teams to convey analysis results and suggestions.
· Collaboration: Act as a bridge between IT, logistics operations, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely issues resolution.
· Vendor Management: Manage WMS, TMS and ERP vendors to ensure enhancements and projects meet requirements and deadlines.
· Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on enhancement and project status, system performance, and issue resolutions.
· Detail orientation: Pay attention to details and ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
· User training: Ability to provide training and support to system users to help them better use the system.
· Continuous learning: Willing to continuously learn and update one's knowledge and skills to adapt to the rapidly changing industry environment and technological development.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in supporting ERP, WMS, TMS, or similar logistics systems.
· Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
· Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise-level applications.
· Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Familiarity with systems integration (XML, API, Web Services, etc.), SQL, or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
