Position Overview: As the HVAC Parts Wholesale Manager, you will be pivotal in managing our wholesale operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and driving sales growth. You will leverage your HVAC and parts knowledge, combined with retail and e-commerce expertise, to enhance our product offerings and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wholesale Management: Oversee the wholesale operations of HVAC parts, including managing relationships with suppliers and customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and avoid stockouts.
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute strategies to drive wholesale sales, including identifying new market opportunities, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • E-Commerce: Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform for HVAC parts, including product listings, pricing, and online promotions to boost online sales and enhance the user experience.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of sales and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in HVAC parts wholesale management, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
  • Retail Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales strategies, and customer service.
  • E-Commerce Expertise: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies, including SEO, product listing management, and digital marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficient in using inventory management software and e-commerce tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
