Essential Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for software or hardware development, performance debugging, and reliability verification of electronic control for various appliances, ensuring that product performance meets relevant standard requirements.
• Responsible for preparing documents and organizing reviews of electronic control plans during the development process of new products.
• Monitor the market quality standards and develop corrective measures for specific issues.
• Participate in/lead the development of electronic control software or hardware design standards, lead the root cause analysis for control-related market complaints,in charge of reliability inspection, and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above; Computer related majors such as Electronic Engineering; software Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, etc.
• Proficient in any technology such as electromagnetic induction technology, IH heating technology, or switching power supply.
• Competent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks required.
• Interest in cooking and in small appliances.
• Multi-cultural mindset is preferred.
• Goal-oriented, self-managed personality with an entrepreneurial spirit.
