Responsibilities:
- Nurture, leverage and engage with relationships with existing and potential energy efficiency utilities and partners
- Lead, develop and execute energy efficiency marketing strategies and assist in developing go-to-marketing plans to help Midea achieve strategic business goals
- Collaborate with Programs & Promotions/ Communication manager to leverage go-to-market campaigns of Midea brand
- Explore business opportunities and increase product sales by acting as a sales brand manager, by integrating perfectly with the sales team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy and public relationships
- Knowledge of energy markets, systems and policies, renewable energy technology and associated infrastructure
- Experienced in renewable energy project development or renewable energy finance, utility operations or independent system operator functions, ideally with experience relating to HVAC industry.
- Strong stakeholder outreach and engagement capabilities including advanced public-speaking and presentation skills
- Experience with environmental permitting and/or working with regulators
