Job Summary
Essential Job Responsibilities
1. Planning for the U.S. Instantaneous Combustion Technology Direction; Taking comprehensive responsibility for all premixed products and technologies, having an in-depth understanding of the regional sales market and customer information, and being able to formulate relevant technical plans based on market and customer insights, as well as identifying forward-looking technologies and opportunities.
2. Planning and Continuous Iteration of the Next-Generation Instantaneous Combustion Platform in the U.S.: Leading and being responsible for the development planning and system design of the next-generation product platform in the region, ensuring the localization of products in the local market, and continuously iterating and upgrading the products.
3. Continuous Improvement of the Quality of U.S. Instantaneous Combustion Products: Responsible for analyzing and improving all quality issues related to the products, aiming to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction continuously.
4. Ensuring Product Compliance and Market Access: Responsible for gathering, interpreting, and internalizing relevant product policies and regulations in the United States, supporting product compliance and upgrades in the local market.
Qualifications
1. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as combustion or heat transfer, with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in Electrical or gas water heaters or related fields.
2. Have experience in research on fully premixed technology and have independently led development projects from project initiation to market launch in the instantaneous combustion field.
3. Familiarity with national standards and industry standards for gas water heaters in North America.
4. Possess strong organizational and coordination skills, demonstrate a strong service orientation, teamwork spirit, and a high level of execution capability.
