                                                   Essential Job Responsibilities

 

 

Midea America Corp is hiring a After Sales Service Engineer to support Midea Building Technologies (MBT) technical service. MBT strategically places its business concentration on the products, services, and comprehensive solutions of Intelligent Building.   • Job Description
  • Telephone and email support with deep knowledge for Residential and Light Commercial products, including application of these products

- Support business partners with field reported quality issues resolution including site visit to ensure consumers satisfaction.

- Contact and work with the headquarter engineering and quality departments to analyze the root cause of the issues and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken on the product design and/or manufacturing process.

- Develop and provide technical training on new and legacy products for business partners to help them better understand the products and troubleshoot the issues.

- Closely interface or visit business partners in pre-sales or product development stage to have in-depth understanding of their product requirements to help formulate the product specifications.

 

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

- Good knowledge in HVAC unitary and/or VRF products.

- Min. 3 years of experience in post-sales service or quality in HVAC industry.

- Excellent communication skills, team spirit and customer orientated concept.

- Frequent Domestic Travel (< 40% of time) and Occasional International Travel (<15% of time).
