Job Summary:
MAJOR DUTIES: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all digital marketing functions within the organization. Lead paid brand performance advertising initiatives, social media, influencer, & SEO. Create a vision and media strategy to build brand awareness, drive new traffic, while balancing the image of the brand. This also includes content development, testing, and optimization. The ideal candidate will manage the execution of a national strategy and execute all initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.

Manage Digital Channels: Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels including but not limited to website, email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and content marketing.

Content Development: Create and manage engaging content for digital channels including website, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and more.

Collaborate with Ecommerce Team: Work closely with the ecommerce team to communicate and maintain an up-to-date marketing calendar. Coordinate digital marketing initiatives with ecommerce promotions, product launches, and sales events to ensure alignment and maximize impact

User Journey Optimization & Mapping: Ensure that the content and user experience on the website create a consistent user journey with offsite campaigns. Collaborate with the ecommerce team to optimize website content, navigation, and conversion funnels to enhance the user experience and drive desired actions. Work closely with the IT team to utilize 1P data from our CDP to map the consumer journey across all touchpoints. Identify key touchpoints and interactions to optimize the user experience and drive conversions.

Personalization and Segmentation: Implement personalized marketing campaigns based on consumer insights derived from 1P data. Utilize segmentation strategies to deliver targeted messaging and offers to specific audience segments.

Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.

Analytics and Reporting: Analyze digital marketing efforts and provide regular reports and insights on performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.

SEO and SEM: Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase visibility, and drive organic and paid traffic.

Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, engage audiences, and enhance brand presence across various social media platforms.

Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources strategically, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing. Implement innovative and creative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Vendor/ Agency Management: Collaborate and manage agency relationships including but not limited to, social media marketing agency, paid media agency, branding agency.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year Undergraduate Degree.
- 5 years of digital marketing and/or related experience.
- Demonstrate ability to think strategically, research trends, and execute.
- Experience with digital campaigns, social media, influencers, and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills and reporting metrics and performance.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Resilient, with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to self-manage projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Regular domestic and occasionally internal travel.
Salary: $110k-$135k, 15% Bonus, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision
