Position Overview

We are looking for an IT Supply Chain Systems Specialist with strong experience in WMS and TMS to support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain and Logistics systems across Midea’s North LATAM region (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Panama, and Ecuador).

This role will act as a key bridge between business and IT, ensuring the successful delivery, stability, and optimization of WMS and TMS platforms, while collaborating closely with regional teams and global IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation and optimization of WMS and TMS solutions
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, IT, and external vendors)
• Manage system integrations between WMS/TMS and ERP platforms
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, system support, and continuous improvements
• Participate in testing phases (UAT, regression, go-live, hypercare)
• Drive process standardization and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience working with WMS and TMS systems
• Proven hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
• Blue Yonder (JDA)
• Manhattan Associates
• Infios (Körber)

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (warehousing, transportation, distribution)
• Experience with system implementations, integrations, and support
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• English Advanced – Written and conversational

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience in 3PL, retail, or logistics environments
