The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing brand activation activities across both online and offline channels for the assigned region.

 

What will you do?

• Coordinate brand communication and activation activities across both online and offline channels.

• Manage the assigned marketing budget while executing marketing activities, including campaigns, marketing material development, training sessions, website management, industry trade shows, events, customer meetings, displays, and showroom initiatives.

• Develop activation plans and budgets, negotiate with suppliers, obtain quotations, and manage contract approval processes.

• Prepare marketing execution and investment reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing investment data.

• Monitor and control marketing expenses to ensure they remain within the approved budget and forecast.

• Organize installer training sessions with clients, including sending invitations and providing training certificates.

• Coordinate Midea's participation in trade shows, fairs, conventions, and other events, including booth layouts and product displays.

• Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying requirements, coordinating schedules, managing mailing lists, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop flyers, brochures, product sheets, and merchandising materials while maintaining an adequate inventory of promotional materials.

• Prepare marketing budget reports and departmental performance reports.

• Support the development and management of product artwork, including manuals, labels, packaging, and boxes.

• Process marketing-related payments in coordination with the Accounting and Treasury departments according to the approved budget.

• Perform other Marketing and Trade Marketing activities as assigned.

 

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing.

• Experience preparing reports and executing Marketing and Trade Marketing strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Advanced written and conversational English.

• Previous supervisory experience is required.

• Valid U.S. visa is required.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong presentation, project management, and budget control skills.
