Job Responsibility:

Serving as the "Technical Hub" for the North American regional business team, this role deeply supports business breakthroughs and project deliveries for strategic accounts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical alignment from pre-sales solution design to project delivery, ensuring solution competitiveness and high-quality implementation.

Core Responsibilities

1. Pre-sales Solution Support

Partner with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to deeply explore the technical requirements of strategic clients; deliver customized data center solutions encompassing magnetic bearing chillers, fan walls, liquid cooling CDUs (Cooling Distribution Units), intelligent building control systems, and energy efficiency optimization modules across multiple technical pathways (air, water, and liquid cooling).

Responsible for drafting technical proposals during project bidding, conducting thermodynamic and energy efficiency simulations, performing solution reviews, and calculating cost estimates to ensure both the technical feasibility and commercial viability of solutions.

Act as the primary technical interface for clients, leading technical exchanges, site surveys, and solution demonstrations to build technical trust with clients.

2. Project Delivery & Technical Support

Bridge the gap between sales and EPC/engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition from solution design to the delivery phase; participate in the review of construction plans and the implementation of technical standards.

Coordinate internal and external resources (headquarters' product teams, supply chain, and engineering subcontractors) to resolve critical technical challenges and perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for failures during delivery.

Support the setup and testing of client POC (Proof of Concept) environments to ensure technical metrics meet client requirements.

3. Product & Capability Building

Gather North American market requirements and competitor dynamics to feed back to headquarters' Product Managers, actively participating in product roadmap and certification planning.

Develop and enrich the regional solution knowledge base for North America, compiling typical case studies and best practices to empower the regional team.

Requirement:

1. Experience & Background

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), or related fields.

Industry Experience: 8+ years of data center-related experience, with a background spanning solution design, project delivery, or technical support.

Project Track Record: Experience in successfully implementing overseas (specifically North American) data center projects is highly preferred; familiar with international standards such as Uptime Tier and TIA-942.

2. Professional Skills

System Expertise: Proficient in data center infrastructure systems, with a deep understanding of the coupled relationships between cooling systems, IT loads, power supply/distribution, and building automation; candidates with a full-stack technical perspective are highly preferred.

Architecture & Selection: Familiar with data center product portfolios, system architectures, and equipment selection.

Bidding & Risk Management: Proven capability in drafting technical proposals, calculating cost estimates, and managing project risks.

Sustainability Insights: Knowledge of low-carbon, energy-saving data center technologies (liquid cooling, modular designs, etc.) is a strong plus.

Financial Acumen: Able to independently conduct financial calculations for TCO, Capex, and Opex, with the ability to justify technical choices through the lens of client financial metrics and economic value.

3. Core Competencies

Language & Presentation: Professional working proficiency in English, with excellent cross-cultural communication and presentation skills; capable of engaging in direct, deep technical alignments and debates with overseas clients.

Collaboration & Resilience: Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills (interfacing with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams); able to respond rapidly to client demands in high-pressure environments.
