Lead and manage sales strategies across all assigned regional accounts, developing strategies to achieve sales and margin objectives for the company.

What will you do?

• Achieve specific sales (volume and value) and net profit in the region, negotiating prices, volumes, and commercial conditions with customers.
• Manage relationships with current and new customer contacts, holding regular face-to-face meetings and presentations to achieve channel expansion and sales growth plans.
• Develop a deep understanding of consumer and customer behavior, as well as the overall dynamics of the business, to effectively develop the channel within the company.
• Plan and lead the necessary promotional campaigns and initiatives in coordination with internal and external teams, overseeing their correct and timely execution.
• Monitor key customer indicators such as sales and margin results, accounts receivable, on-time delivery, competitor activities, and market pricing, to identify action plans, process optimizations, and corrective actions to ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare and maintain sales forecasts for accounts to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders and healthy inventory levels for the company, proactively proposing special activities for slow-moving items.
• Be an internal advocate for our customers and ensure that we not only meet their SLAs but also deliver the best possible customer experience, creating positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.

What are we looking for?

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in sales-related fields.
• Experience in the appliance or consumer electronics industry is desired
• A college degree is preferred.
• English level: at least B2.
• Experience in new product introductions (Walmart, Coppel, Soriana, Chedraui, Elektra).
• Plus: Experience in appliances or consumer electronics, displays.
• Knowledge of business plans, profitability, costs, margins, collaboration, and forecasting.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team player skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
