Job Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for key overseas data center accounts, and work closely with KAMs to drive major customers, key projects, and strategic opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements in depth and support technical communication, solution matching, product selection, configuration recommendations, and technical clarification.

• Provide technical support for both primary-side and secondary-side cooling products, including chillers, air-cooled solutions, liquid cooling CDUs, fan walls, and precision air conditioning applications.

• Participate in customer presentations, bid support, technical proposal preparation, customer Q&A, and technical coordination with consultants and EPC partners.

• Understand core data center requirements in areas such as power density, redundancy level, energy efficiency, liquid/air cooling ratio, and reliability, and support the development of customer-facing solutions.

• Coordinate with product, R&D, delivery, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth collaboration from pre-sales support through project execution.

• Summarize standard solutions, typical application cases, and competitor technical information based on project experience to support platform business expansion.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HVAC, Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering,

• Energy and Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of technical support experience in data centers, HVAC, central cooling plants, liquid cooling, or related industries.

• Familiar with data center cooling system architecture, including air cooling, water cooling, liquid cooling, and free cooling solutions.

• Candidates with knowledge of high-density racks, AI data centers, liquid cooling infrastructure, and GPU clusters are preferred.

• Able to independently conduct customer requirement analysis, technical solution preparation, technical communication, and basic product/system selection.

• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales, product, delivery, and customer technical teams.

• English can be used as a working language for customer communication, technical documentation, and cross-regional collaboration; overseas local hire or willingness to travel internationally is preferred.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Hyperscaler, Colo, AI data center, or ICT infrastructure projects is preferred.

• Experience in supporting integrated primary-side and secondary-side solutions is preferred.

• Experience working with consultants, EPC contractors, general contractors, or large system integrators is preferred.

• Experience in liquid cooling, CDU, fan wall, precision air conditioning, or large-scale cooling plant applications is preferred.
