Job Responsibilities
1. Technical support
- Lead the diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of difficult faults in data center products (magnetic levitation large water units/CDUs/air walls/precision air conditioners), providing remote and on-site technical support
- Organize fault reviews, provide technical reports and improvement plans, and promote a closed loop of product quality
- Collaborate with the front-end sales team to provide after-sales technical support, participate in key account service and technical aspects in business negotiations
2. After-sales System Development
- Responsible for preparing and continuously optimizing technical training documents for data center products
- Regularly organize talent development and technical training for customers, after-sales staff, and some core service providers
3. Based on customer projects, consolidate standard solutions, typical application cases, and competitor technical intelligence to support platform business expansion.
Qualifications
1. At least 3 years of experience in after-sales service or technical support, familiar with the principles, structure, and common fault handling methods of products such as magnetic levitation large water units, CDUs, air walls, and precision air conditioners;
2. Familiar with the data center industry and basic understanding of engineering sites;
3. Fluent in spoken English and local languages, able to adapt to work scenarios.
