Trade Marketing Coordinator

Objective of the Position:
Develop and implement Trade Marketing strategies focused on increasing the visibility, rotation and market share of the white goods, rac and small appliances categories in the retail and traditional channels. He will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution at the point of sale (Perfect Store and Flooring) through the management of promotion, BTL activations, additional displays, and POP materials. This role must ensure that the consumer experience at the point of sale is consistent with brand and sales objectives, ensuring strategic alignment with the commercial, marketing and product teams, and adapting actions to the particularities of each channel and type of customer.
Main Responsibilities:
· Design the Trade Marketing strategy by channel (retail and traditional), aligned with commercial and marketing objectives.
· Define the annual and monthly sell out plan by Channel, zone and customer, including priorities by customer, format and category.
· Establish the standards of Flooring and Perfect Store, ensuring clarity in assortment, fronts, displays, prices and POP material.
· Build activation plans at the point of sale (promotions, exhibitions, launches) in coordination with Marketing and Sales.
· Manage and follow up on the promoter teams at the points of sale.
· Analyze the performance of strategies through KPIs of sell-out, traffic, exhibition and participation at the point of sale.
· Generate market intelligence in the channel: competitor behavior, prices, promotions, exhibitions.
· Collaborate with the marketing area for product launches, promotional campaigns and alignment of brand messages.
· Management and execution in stores nationwide (coverage, compliance, displays).
· Define objectives, focus and execution KPIs for BPO. Implementation of trade plans by channel, in alignment with the commercial area.
· Tracking of hard trade KPIs: such as sell out, distribution, exhibition share, ROI of activations and execution per POS.
· Operational capacity, to ensure consistent and fast execution in retail.
Position Requirements:
· Professional in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a focus on categories such as home appliances, technology or consumer
· In-depth knowledge of the retail channel (department stores, specialized chains) and traditional channel (distributors).
· Experience leading advocacy teams and coordinating with external agencies.
· Advanced management of Excel and analysis tools; knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools desirable.
· Ability to work transversally with the areas of sales, marketing, logistics and product
· Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional settings.
