We are looking for a Product Manager – Caribbean Region, responsible for leading product management, portfolio strategy, pricing, competitive analysis, product launches, and commercial support across the assigned markets.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work across multiple countries, distributors, regional customers, and internal teams, ensuring the portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with the needs of each market.

 

Role Objective

Lead product strategy and execution for the Caribbean region, ensuring proper category positioning, portfolio optimization, sales performance, profitability, pricing, inventory management, product launches, and competitive actions.

 

What You Will Do?

• Define and manage the product portfolio for Caribbean markets.

• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, turnover, margins, pricing, and SKU performance.

• Conduct competitive benchmarking by country, category, and channel.

• Recommend product launches, phase-in/phase-out plans, pricing adjustments, and portfolio mix strategies.

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Service, and Regional teams.

• Support commercial negotiations through product information, pricing analysis, and profitability assessments.

• Prepare executive presentations for customers, distributors, and senior management.

• Lead product launches and ensure the availability of all commercial support materials.

• Monitor forecasts, demand, inventory levels, and market opportunities.

• Visit markets, customers, distributors, and points of sale as required.

• Identify commercial, technical, regulatory, and competitive risks across markets.

• Ensure the product portfolio complies with technical, regulatory, and local market requirements.

• Proven experience in Product Management, Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Management.

• Experience analyzing pricing, margins, inventory, and competitive market dynamics.

• Ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously and adapt strategies to local business needs.

• Availability to travel across the assigned markets.

• Experience working with customers, distributors, retailers, or indirect sales channels.

• Fluent Spanish.

• Advanced English is mandatory.

• French or Portuguese is a plus, depending on the assigned markets.

Valid U.S. visa required.

 

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, or related commercial roles.

• Experience in home appliances, air conditioning, refrigeration, cooking products, laundry products, built-in appliances, consumer technology, durable goods, or retail is highly desirable.

• Experience working with distributors, retailers, regional customers, or indirect sales channels.

• Experience managing international or regional markets, preferably within the Caribbean, Central America, or LATAM.

 

Preferred Knowledge

• Home appliances and durable consumer goods.

• Refrigeration, laundry, cooking, air conditioning, and small domestic appliances.

• Pricing, margins, sell-in, sell-out, inventory management, and forecasting.

• Retail channels, distributors, and wholesalers.

• Trade marketing and point-of-sale execution.

• Product launches and go-to-market strategies.

• Portfolio management and product lifecycle management.

• Basic knowledge of import regulations, energy efficiency standards, voltage requirements, warranties, and technical service.
